Why don’t you get your attitude right, quit whining about the tours you are getting, quit showing up to work hungover, get a life and get your job done right here in America and quit thinking there is some other greener timeshare grass in the Carribean. Once they know that you as a sales rep have inside knowledge as to any of this, or that you have knowledge concerning the unethical and twisted things that some of their top reps practice on daily basis, you become a threat to them and their continued stock piling of override that they receive for these high production numbers. Their entire philosophy from marketing, to hiring sales people, to the way they treat sales people, to say nothing of the pathetic training that you receive, is nothing more than a revolving wheel going through the masses hoping to retain some essence? Put that with reduced incomes pertinent to 80% of their sales force who have been there for one year, or more, one legged tours, twice the number of sales personnel on the floor as is needed for their inconsistent tour flow, and most of the emphasis which is put upon managementâs income and not the salesmanâs income, and youâve pretty much determined the reasons for their problems. Some of their management personnel defy anything that would be catagorized as true management, and are only there to receive their checks on Fridays without any efforts put forth to develope their assigned sales people! read more
