Is a company obligated to refund my money if they didn’t specify that it was nonrefundable?
I got a call from Passport Holiday saying I won a trip, and that I needed to pay a reservation fee. Being groggy (their call woke me from sleep), and apparently generally not thinking clearly, I gave them my credit card, and the amount was charged. Looking into this company, if I seen reports of shady business practices, and am legitimatly concerned that they could be a scam company. I have decided I do NOT want to go on their vacation, and want nothing to do with them.
